Plans and pricing

One plan, everything included, priced for your condominium

Every condominium has a different number of doors, terminals and units, so the price comes in a proposal made for yours, after a site visit, with no commitment. This page shows what goes on the bill and how it is put together.

What sets the price

What changes from one condominium to the next

  • Controlled doors

Each door needs a terminal; some need two, one to enter and one to leave. Garage gates and mantraps count separately.

  • Terminals already in place

Compatible Hikvision terminals are reused and the enrollment stored on them is imported, which lowers the initial investment.

  • Units and people

How many residents, staff and contractors will be enrolled, and how many users the dashboard will have.

  • The installation

Network cabling to each terminal, locks, exit button and power supply: what the building already has and what has to be done, seen on the site visit.

How the proposal is made

Three parts, each with its own figure

  1. 1

    Equipment

The Abriu hub and new terminals, when you need them. What already exists and can be reused is listed in the proposal as reused.

  2. 2

    Installation

The setup on the condominium's network, the adjustment of each door and the import of the records, with the schedule.

  3. 3

    Monthly fee

The dashboard for as many users as needed, automatic updates, the daily encrypted backup off site, 24/7 monitoring and support.

The proposal says what belongs to each part, so a comparison with other proposals can be made item by item and the three-year cost worked out before the owners' meeting.

What stays with the condominium

What is not in the proposal, and has to be in the project

  • Internet at the condominium and, ideally, a backup link.
  • Power for the terminals and the lock, with a UPS so the first blackout does not jam the gate.
  • The locks and their maintenance, which are mechanical parts.
  • The intercom and the garage remotes, which stay as they are.
